If you have an issue or claim that requires immediate attention outside our regular business hours, please call your insurance carrier directly. Your policy will include a 24-hour claim reporting number. If you cannot locate your paperwork, or do not have it handy, these 24-hour claim numbers are conveniently listed on our Payment & Claim Center page. Prior to calling, please have your policy number available for the claims adjuster. Otherwise, you can call us at 951-547-6779 to report a claim.
